When we started PakNak, we wanted to try and partner with companies and organizations that are doing meaningful work in our community. Enter Eastco. Eastco's mission is to provide vocational, residential and other social services to developmentally challenged individuals and their families which will enable them to exercise choice to increase independence and community integration and to participate productively in society. They have enthusiastically partnered with PakNak to do assembly and packaging work. This warm, caring group of people reminds us of the goodness in our community. Installation

Thanks to all who have contacted us with their wondeful words of encouragement, ideas and feedback about our website, PakNak.com. We've been tweaking things here and there to make the experience more fun and user friendly. Someone asked to see pictures of just how easy it is to install a Nak. So, attached for your viewing pleasure is one of our beloveds doing just that. It's really that simple. Go on, try it. You know you want to.

Launch Day

We did it! Our website is up and we are open for business. We even received some orders...some from family (thanks Katie) and even a few from non-family members. Feel free to give us your feedback on the website, product ideas and our blog. We're off to have our celebratory/medicinal glass of red wine.

Sneak Peek!

Here's a sneak peek of some of our cute "Naks" from PakNak.com set to launch in the next few days. Each of these colorful designs (blue flower, cat and butterfly) can be interchanged with other ones, 22 fabulous Naks and counting, to create personalized works of art on your kids' backpacks, lunchboxes, and other belongings.

Our First Blog

We feel like we're 9 centimeters dilated and ready to give birth to our new start-up, PakNak.com! One day, heavily caffeinated on green tea, we decided that we needed to start something new, something different, something for kids. So, we conceived a product (Naks) that every kid can use to decorate their bags, books and belongings to make them their own. We love our designs (childhood-friendly, keeping things fresh and age-appropriate) and the affordable price($3.99). The design of the "Nak" leaves pins, patches, stickers and clip-on charms behind by using Velcro ® to create ever-changing fun without the hassle. We're not crafty, so kids can use them on their own, without waiting for their parents to read the instructions. Check us out starting August 3rd at PakNak.com!
